Landscape Installations
Let Heartland Landscape Group install your trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and sod. We use only high quality plants from reputable nurseries across the U.S. Heartland does not have a garden center, which means we design the best plants for each area of your landscape. Many companies with a garden center design your landscape with their inventory in mind...instead of the specific needs of your garden areas. Heartland Landscape Group uses 3 - 7 gallon shrubs, 1 gallon perennials and generally uses 1.5" - 2.0" caliper trees.

We place a one-year replacement warranty on most of the trees and shrubs we install so you can be sure your landscape will grow successfully into the future. We install turf-type varieties of tall fescue sod, which is the most durable cool-season variety of turfgrass for the lake area.
